AA Studio was commissioned by a private developer to undertake a feasibility study and conceptual design for an 8 storey mixed use building. Located in the heart of Werribee’s main street, known as Watton Street, Werribee, VIC, 3030, the development comprises 8 storeys. The ground floor will accommodate commercial activities. The first floor will be used as a medical centre and the second floors will be used for childcare.
